These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and SoltsPK. By creating an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything below. Please read carefully – it covers your account, your bets, your money and your rights.

SoltsPK strictly prohibits access to users under 18 years of age. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one SoltsPK account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the device or payment method used. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and balances frozen.
All SoltsPK bonuses and free bets are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements vary by promotion and are always stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Read them before claiming any bonus.
Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method you have used to deposit. SoltsPK does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods that have not been verified on your account.
Any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity – including chargebacks, bonus abuse, match fixing-related wagering or collusion – will be permanently closed. Affected balances are non-refundable.
SoltsPK provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion for members who need them. These tools are always available in account settings. Use them – there is no judgment in doing so.
Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of SoltsPK. By registering an account or using any part of the SoltsPK platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between SoltsPK ("we", "us", "our", "the platform") and any individual who registers an account or accesses the SoltsPK website and services ("you", "the member", "the user").
By completing the SoltsPK registration process and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment your account is created and remains in force for as long as your account is active.
SoltsPK may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If you continue to use SoltsPK after a change has been published, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to open a SoltsPK account or use any part of the platform. SoltsPK takes this requirement seriously and will carry out age verification checks during registration or at any point during your membership. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be closed immediately and any deposits made will be returned to the payment source used, minus any winnings from bets placed during the period of underage use.
Each person may hold only one SoltsPK account. This rule applies regardless of which device you use, which payment method you connect or whether you are operating under a different name or contact detail. If SoltsPK identifies that you are operating more than one account, all accounts will be suspended. Balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses or winnings derived from bonus-funded bets may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. SoltsPK will not be responsible for any issues arising from you providing incorrect information. You must update your account details if any of them change.
SoltsPK is designed for use by residents of Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using SoltsPK is lawful in your specific location. We do not accept liability for your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.
You are solely responsible for keeping your SoltsPK login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. SoltsPK staff will never ask you for your password in any communication. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately via the email address listed in Section 15.
All bets, transactions and activity placed through your SoltsPK account are your responsibility. If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred, you must report it to us within 48 hours of the transaction appearing in your account history. SoltsPK will investigate reported cases but cannot reverse settled bets in the ordinary course.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. SoltsPK reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to accounts that remain dormant after this period. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in and contact our support team.
SoltsPK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by SoltsPK.
The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within one hour. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on your bank.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit into your SoltsPK account. SoltsPK does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal is processed, SoltsPK may request identity verification documents. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Bonus balances: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only the real-money component of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time prior to that.
SoltsPK does not impose a maximum deposit limit, but as a responsible gaming measure, members may voluntarily set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the account settings page. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.
All bets placed on SoltsPK are subject to acceptance by the platform. SoltsPK reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. A bet is not valid if you do not receive confirmation.
The minimum stake for sports betting markets on SoltsPK is Rs 200. Tournament outright markets have a minimum stake of Rs 500. Maximum stakes vary by market and event. The maximum stake for any single bet is displayed in the betslip before you confirm. SoltsPK reserves the right to change maximum stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
Bets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body – the PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket, Riot Games for Valorant, Valve for CS2 and Dota 2, and so on. If official results are later amended, SoltsPK will re-settle affected bets using the updated official result. Winnings from re-settled bets are credited or debited accordingly.
If a bet is accepted at an odds price that SoltsPK can demonstrate was an obvious error – a price significantly out of line with true market value due to a technical or human error – SoltsPK reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. SoltsPK will notify affected members when this occurs.
SoltsPK offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between individual offer terms and these general Terms, the individual offer terms take precedence for that specific promotion.
All bonuses and free bets issued by SoltsPK are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be bet before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements for each offer are always clearly displayed before you accept the bonus.
SoltsPK actively monitors for bonus abuse – patterns of wagering that are designed to exploit bonus terms rather than reflect genuine play. If SoltsPK identifies that an account is engaged in bonus abuse, the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided, and the account may be suspended. Examples of bonus abuse include consistently placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee turnover without genuine risk.
Bonuses issued by SoltsPK have an expiry date, which will be clearly stated when the bonus is offered. Free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and cannot be reinstated after that date.
SoltsPK will void a bet and return the stake in full under the following circumstances:
Voided bets are refunded to your SoltsPK balance, not to your payment method directly. You may withdraw the refunded amount at any time following the normal withdrawal process.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on SoltsPK and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:
SoltsPK reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Accounts involved in restricted activities will have their balances reviewed, and SoltsPK may withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
SoltsPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating a SoltsPK account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that document.
SoltsPK will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and identity verification services to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable regulations. You may request access to your data or deletion of your account by contacting our support team.

In any event, SoltsPK's maximum liability to any individual member for any claim is limited to the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made in the same period.
Please note: Nothing in these Terms limits SoltsPK's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
SoltsPK may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes – such as corrections to grammar or formatting that do not affect the meaning of any clause – may be made without prior notice.
If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you may close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw your available balance. Continued use of SoltsPK after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of SoltsPK shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, SoltsPK encourages members to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.
